Krista Siro has acted as counsel in various domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. Her role often begins when the parties negotiate the letter of intent and ends when the transaction has been successfully executed.
Krista has in-depth experience of corporate transactions and she has acted as counsel in numerous mergers and demergers. On a day-to-day basis Krista drafts and comments on international commercial agreements, such as distribution, agent, sale/purchase agreements and NDAs.
